I always try to do just a little more than before... in everything. Examples: I used to brush my teeth leaning on the counter. One day, I made a conscious decision to remain standing upright, the next day I started moving my feet while I brushed. When I'm working out on the treadmill, I try to stay at a higher speed/elevation longer than the last time, even if it's just 30 seconds longer. This way I can become more active in the little things I do and continue to push myself!
