Plan ahead and you will be prepared for the tempation (s).

I have found over the years that if you set out your morning by making decisions to eat right and act upon them you will do better. I make my lunch along with snacks everyday for work. I make sure I have enough snacks that will carry me over after lunch and when I drive home. This has helped me maintain my focus.

Drink water before you eat

I have found when I drink water before I eat I tend to eat less. I also have noticed if I drink tea , especially green tea I don't feel as hungry.

You can do anything for 10 min.

When I really don't want to exercise I tell myself I can do anything for 10 min. Once I start it I keep saying to myself I can do 5 more min. and then before I know it , my routine has turned into 45-60 min. I always feel great afterward so it keeps me motivated for the next time. emoticon
