I have found when I drink water before I eat I tend to eat less. I also have noticed if I drink tea , especially green tea I don't feel as hungry.
When your hands are busy doing something else you will find that you can't hold food too. So why not post and see what others are doing
I can tend to be down on myself when things don't go right. When that happens I just try and encourage others so that I can help someone else.
When I really don't want to exercise I tell myself I can do anything for 10 min. Once I start it I keep saying to myself I can do 5 more min. and then before I know it , my routine has turned into 45-60 min. I always feel great afterward so it keeps me motivated for the next time.
