Get it done first

I exercise first thing in the morning to get it done and out of the way. Then later, if I feel like it, I can exercise again and get 2 workouts in.

set small goals

Setting small goals to work up to each week helps me stay motivated. I recently began jogging for the first time in my life. I started off only being able to jog for 1 min before needing a few minutes of walking to recover.
