Change

I have realized that I have choices. Change it if I can and if I can't, then leave it alone. I no longer fret about the things that I have absolutely no control over.

Body Fat

To me it is the loss of body fat that is important. That and inches. If I weigh 175 lbs and I fit into my 32 inch waist pants comfortably, I am a happy camper. I have to remember that muscle weighs more than fat, it is not to me the weight, rather where it is on my body and how my clothes fit.

I find that I need a guided program to follow and the one I hit on that works for me is "Cardio Coach". It has several levals and takes me on a journey out of myself while I exercise.
