Subs/Sandwiches

Subs/Sandwiches in delis etc. have a crazy amount of sodium. Avoid them. Cook you meat for the week at home and use Wheat flat pitas or wheat breads to make your tasy sandwiches using fat free mayo or a little tzatziki with meat that you know was freshly cooked and is low on sodium.

Login to SparkPeople

After having a couple of days of not logging in, I realized that rather than looking at logging in SP as a big task or something that requires a lot of time/effort just treat it like maybe your Facebook or email. When you check your emails, do a quick login to SP, blog/post/browse/read as per your convenience and whenever possible multiple times a day. When it seems like a small casual task you wont dread doing it.

And we all know how much being regular on SP helps!

Calcium

GNC's Be Balanced Calcium Chews in Dulce De Leche rock my world. They are a good substitute for candy and they each contain 600 mg of calcium. And from what I know, everyone can use more Calcium.

Water Consumption

Though I try to carry my liter bottle of water with me everywhere, while on the job I hate having to wind/unwind the bottlecap to make myself drink the water. So I plan to get a bottle which has a straw for drinking. That way I can keep sipping all the water I want to sip.
