At first the SP nutrition tracker felt like work but in my spare time I started to enter food not listed. I go in my cupboard and add all my frequently ate foods. Now I just click favourites select and my food is tracked. I try to add new foods so when i'm tired its just a click to track.
Doing all the things that makes you lose weight gets difficult at times and when you fail one then you may throw out all the other. Try to stick to 1 until that one becomes a habit. Then add another.
I realise i couldn't drink the water yesterday, so i pepped it up a little bit and added a 0 zero calorie - flavour to my water. Nice color, i drank it off by 5pm. 8 Glasses
Fill the kettle with water, add 1/4 cup of vinegar (you can add more), leave overnight. By morning the kettle will be shine as new.
If you think you will cheat and miss exercise. Make a schedule with different people and ensure you make a commitment. When these people are ready for exercise you won't say No cause you came up with the idea.
Fast up to midday 1 day (same day) of each week and give your organs a chance to heal. You will find that you control hunger much easier after and you feel refreshed. I do this on Sundays. Works for me.
To lose weight you have to exercise control to not overeat. Start with small control exercises, like not making a phone call within a hour, practice til you r ready to take on small challenges with the what nots to eat.
Sometimes its hard to prepare food when you are busy, have handy shakes ready to replace meals to ensure you still stay on track even though you are busy
Always work with a workout plan so you know whether or not you are on track. Working without a plan will leave you wondering how you have been doing and demotivate you.
