I think the single most important thing that has helped me with my weight loss, has been adding sodium to my nutrition tracker. Keeping sodium under 2300 daily has seemed to flush the pounds away. My high bp has dropped too.
I bought a bag each of york peppermint patties and kraft chocolates , both in minature size and froze them. I only get out one a day to eat. It being frozen, takes longer to eat, thus is longer time savoring the flavor then unfrozen is.
When you eat out, order water. Can also have them bring u extra lemon and have lemonade or add crystal light pkts to go to your water also. Water is most time free at most resturants, and you can save couple bucks on your bill too.
