I really enjoy the custom workout option in this game, it has dancing, boxing, running and more. One thing I don't like is that it makes you schedule your workouts. I'm good for saying I'll work out say 5 days a week and then doing it, but not at picking which days ahead of time.
Believe it or not, not everything has to get done today, and some things...not at all. Be honest with yourself and label those things "Not A Priority" and shoot them straight to the bottom of your to-do list, or dispense with them altogether.
When you're running vinegar or dip-it thru your coffeemaker, throw your clogged up faucet aerators in the pot and let them soak. If your shower head fits, put it in there too. Then when it's done, pour the hot vinegar in the bottom of your dishwasher.
I have a daily folder for ongoing projects and things I do every day, a weekly folder for things I do once a week, each item marked for their day of the week, and also a monthly folder. Every morning I review all folders and pick the "must do today" items, then the "might do". Then I do 'em!
If you use a computer a lot, change your passwords to something that motivates you...for example "NewFitMe" or "GettinSkinny". You'll be reminded of your goal every time you have to log in.
