I have found that pam and those other aerosol cooking sprays has butane in them! So instead I went to my kitchen store and brought a sprayer that you have to pump, put your olive oil or other favorite oils in there, pump then spray... much cleaner for your body and lets get away from those chemical...

I find that when I workout before I eat, I do not eat as much nor am I tempted to snack later on. I also notice that the days that I do not workout, I eat A LOT more than I should! Just a thought!

Have hot soapy water in sink, as you cook or bake, throw dirty dishes in when finished using them, they soak til you're finished, dishes are quick and easy to clean.
I found out baby wipes work for just about everything cleaning spills, stain in the carpet.....etc.
Wear your 'best' exercise clothes, regardless of where you exercise. If you have only one good outfit wash it more often if needed. Get rid of the old ripped faded baggy clothes and wear something that feels and look goods and makes you feel like an athlete.
