Walking For At Least 30 Mins

I find that if I wake up eat my breakfast then lace up my tennis shoes and head out the door with my I-pod in hand and my gum in my mouth If I walk at a decent pace for 30 minute's every day i find my self going a little faster and a little farther every day !!!!!!! Give it a try !!!!!!!!!!

Exercise While Watching Your Favorite Show

It was one of those days when I wasn't really feeling like working out, but I was feeling guilty for not. I was laying on the couch watching a movie when it hit me, my laptop was right there, so I brought a workout up on the computer (youtube), muted and did my workout while watching the movie.

GIVE IT 5 MINUTES

Promise yourself that you'll do at least 5 minutes of exercise per day. The likelihood is that you'll get into it enough that you'll keep going. If not, 5 minutes is at least better than no minutes at all!

Stretch In Bed In The Winter

Notice you are pretty warm when you wake up? Well, you could go ahead and do some simple stretches while you are still in bed, and under the covers. I like to stretch my hip muscles this way, because my house is not as warm as I would like.

Stretching

I have incorporated stretching into my daily route of cleaning. When I go to make the beds I place my legs one at a time up on our bed and stretch. As I go through the day I stretch while doing my daily chores, when vacuuming I stretch my sides, reach for the stars or cob webs! Be creative STRETCH!

Eat 20-60 min after workout, a blend of carbohydrates and protein

I always wondered if I should eat or not after a workout. As I'm not hungry after jogging, I thought it is good not to eat, also to help my weight loss. Actually this is not the case.
