When I have to go at work (a lot, if I'm drinking my water!) I take the long way there. I'll walk upstairs or downstairs and use that one instead of the closest. I get plenty of extra steps that way!
I sneak spinach into almost every meal. Just one cup of spinach has all of your recommended Vitamins A and K! I add it to a smoothie for breakfast and sneak it into almost all of my sauces and sides. Any salad is better with bright lovely, spinach!
I use every restroom in my building every day. The more I drink, the more I go and I walk up and down the stairs to get there.
A healthy lifestyle doesn't happen overnight. Take it slow, make small changes and get excited about the little successes! Every new compliment I get, however small, reminds me that my little changes are working.
