Bye Bye Plateau

I was on a plateau all thru may, it was depressing I just couldnt budge a lb. Well thanks to some great advice I changed things up. Instead of always eating at the lowest end of cals or not even meeting them I started eating at the top most days then a couple would eat at low end.

Bad day or week shouldnt cause failure

I had a really stressful week last week, I didnt eat as good as I should have but I didnt eat as bad as I use to. I was still somewhat mindful. I did execise even though it felt like torture. Usually it makes me feel better

back on track

I've read a few of the secrets posted, somehow I got off track the last 5-6 days but I feel a rest /break wasnt neccisaraly a bad thing it helped clear mt mind and may even give my system a boost again.

I have been setting my goals on weight loss not size, i have still only lost 20 lbs (I shouldnt say only cuz I am happy with it.) but have lost 11.5 inches overall

Not being so hard on yourself.

We all want that perfect figure, but beating ourself up is no help. Try to lighten up a little. I take my new lifestyle very seriously but if I have something I shouldn't I just try to overcome it, move on and try to make better choices the next time.

tELLING YOURSELF IT'S OK

I had somewhat of a bad week, Friday was husbands bday we went out for surf and turf , Sat had a chicken barbque with5 bands and 2 much alcohol, sunday mon and tues did good. then took granddaugters to mcdonalds had small fry and hamburger but again went out with friendsto much alcohol. getting your vegies

I steam vegies(whatever you like) add 1 cup whole wheat noodles 1tbs grated parm cheese and ff italian dressing it is delicious If you want ytou can add chic or turkey breast for protein.
