Each Monday, I weigh myself to verify that I am within 3 lbs. of my goal weight. If I'm successful, I "reward" myself by putting a gel cling on the frig underneath my written New Year's Resolution to "Stay Svelte ( less than125 lbs.)

I bought a package of gel clings shaped like leaves. I put 20 leaves on the left hand side of the refrigerator. Every time I lost a pound, or "leaf," I would move it to the right side of the frig. Then my husband and I did a little dance. Like the pebbles in a jar suggestion, it reminds me how far I have come, and keeps me focused on meeting my goal.Having it in my face on the frig helped too. (I am the kind of person who needs to weigh myself daily to keep from getting out of control.)
I struggled with constant hunger - I mean I felt like I was STARVING all the time. I started taking Konjac Root (Nutrigold) 2x/day (first thing in the morning, and early afternoon) along with Garcinia Cambogia (heard about it on Dr. Oz - not proven to work though) and it has REALLY helped. I also cut way back on gluten, artificial sweeteners and any added sugar, which probably also helped make cravings subside. I lost 50 lbs. in 7 months and feel fantastic.
