I have tried so hard to loss weight and have failed miserably. Walking is the key to losing weight so I am going to start walking everyday even if it does hurt but I want this so badly. So lets all walk for a healthier life style and we will be successful.
I have had people tell me that I am going to fail at this goal and I just tell them that I am no quitter. So if people tell you that you are a failure and that you are not beautiful then just look them in the eye and tell them that beauty is in the eyes of the beholder and they will see that you are right.,
Doing it my way to getting back on track ,I have done alot of things that were wrong in the past and now I have decided to do it my way to getting back on track. I have started eating 3 square meals a day, walking as much as I can and exercising when I can.
I have tried everything to loss weight and I have found nothing that helps until now. A friend of mine has been doing this for a year now. I have started to drinking 16oz of water before meals, Drinking water before meals will help reduce the amount of food I eat. That way I feel full and only eat half of my meals. It also helps remove the unwanted fluid from my system.
