I know it's been said before, but eating off of smaller plates really does help. We have the "normal" 12" dinner plates and smaller lunch plates. When I eat meals on the smaller, filled up lunch plates, I feel more satisfied with smaller portions than with the larger, dinner plates.
Anytime you dont feel like staying on tack think back to your one "goal" and then ask "why"? You'll remember the importance!
