I work in a call center. So I have my own space in the corner. If I sit too long my body hurts so bad when I do get up. To help that, I get up and do exercises at my desk. I do arm crunches, squats, yoga, anything I can think of at the time. It makes me feel so much better that I am up and doing something.
Add a challenge in your routine to supplement the cardio and strength training you already do! I am starting the 100 Pushup Challenge in a couple days. It's something that isn't too time-consuming and is easy to fit in on the days I don't have an hour to commit to working out. Challenges are setup to have a goal to work towards, are usually short-term, and are measurable goals - a great thing to add into your mix to change things up a bit!
Sometimes when I need to go into another room, I'll do "walking lunges" to get there, or other times, I'll just do a few circuits of them around the house if I'm waiting for dinner to cook or something. Its a little thing (and you might feel silly at first) but its definitely a lot more difficult than just walking around the house or to the other room - it gets the heart rate up and tones the muscles at the same time!
Focus on your cheek muscles - just above the jaw. Now contract them so that they pull back and upward toward the ears. Contract hard enough so that your lips part slightly and your teeth show. Outstanding. Keep that up.
I have saved so much $$ by just putting the spinach in a plastic food storage lidded container with a paper towel on the bottom and another on top of the produce! Keeps up to 2 weeks! Works on sliced bell pprs too! Dry off the inside of the lid each time you open and use some of the contents. It's the water/wetness that spoils the produce before you have time to use it all. Amazing.

Instead of trying to get everything done and fitting your exercise in when you can, get your exercise done and do everything else later. So many things can get in the way, (and for those of us who don't just LOVE to work out, so many excuses) it really helps to just do it before that happens.
