I am over worked, harried and a little frazzled at this time. I know it is the holidays but it is hard on the system. There must be a way of getting what I need to do done in a the day even though it is stressed.

Going slowly.
To get in shape I always have to start slow and build up.
It is mind over matter at first and then you can fly even if it is doing a marathon eventually. I started running 10-20 minutes a day and worked up to hours. This is the best thing to remember when going for it at firs...
