Realizing what is in your way!

I am over worked, harried and a little frazzled at this time. I know it is the holidays but it is hard on the system. There must be a way of getting what I need to do done in a the day even though it is stressed.

Realizing it.

I can't believe it. With full intention to loose and keep it off I got caught in old patterns and started gaining again. I am shocked. Really. So I will say realizing what is going on is an important step to getting back on track. emoticon

If you realize you have broken the plateau think what you can add or change to your workout eating habits, etc...

visualizing

If you can see it you can do it. When I ran the New York City marathon I visualized it before I did it and it went a lot easier.

My secret.

Going slowly.
To get in shape I always have to start slow and build up.
It is mind over matter at first and then you can fly even if it is doing a marathon eventually. I started running 10-20 minutes a day and worked up to hours. This is the best thing to remember when going for it at first.
Good Luck.
Elizabeth
