Give the first 5 minutes!

When there is a day where I don't feel like working out, I tell myself give the first 5 minutes! I work out for 5 minutes by the time 5 minutes is up I'll want to keep going! I feel so energized after a good workout. Working out is such an important part of my everyday life :)
