Unless ordered by a Dr. one should eat while eating sitting up straight. Our son-in-law has heart problems and over weight. He would eat while lying on his side on the couch. The Dr told him that is worst thing he could do. We are so proud of him and he has made headway on his issues.
I do believe what SP says about having a good sleep. I feel that if we use positive messages before going to bed, meditate, etc., that your sleep will be better and kick start your plateau, stopping that hormone, cortisol, from keeping us from losing weight.
I have been reminded by SP that I am at a plateau. I agree with each of you about doing something different to shock your body. I've been in a rut doing the same old thing, I think.
