Get your water in

I take a bottle of water with me and when ever I hit a red light I sip on it until the light turns green. I usually finish a bottle on the way to work and on the way home from work.

planning ahead

I work out at 4:30am if I lay my clothes out all in one spot along with water and towel all ready to go saves me time. On treadmill in 5 min or less.

I walk on treadmill for 30 min in the morning & I walk 5 days a week for 30 min at work by combining my two 15 min breaks.
