If I sit at my home computer a lot of times I move my legs back and forth so they will get exercise.

I try to walk everyday. Usually I walk in the afternoon. Sometimes in this type of weather I can only walk around 15 minutes. When I cook sometimes I do squats or walk around the table.

I try to walk everyday, except if it is raining or snowing. It is one of the exercises that really has helped me loose the weight. Sometimes I walk 25 minutes and sometimes 30, 35, 40 etc.
