The Worry Jar

When I have a worry, I write it down and fold up the piece of paper. Then I drop it in my worry jar. Two to three weeks later I read my worries and many of them I laugh at. I can say to those worries. It makes me feel so much better.

Make your own cleaning supplies

I never buy cleaning supplies anymore. I use baking soda to scrub tubs, sinks, and toilets and I use vinegar for a multi-purpose cleaner. We also quit buying paper towels years ago and make due with a supply of cleaning rags made from worn-out shirts.

save money and time on fresh veggies buy getting them from the salad bar in smaller portions. you can also buy fresh pizza toppings, salad toppings etc. when you only need a little bit of something check there first!

Give some encouragement. Have you read a blog or post by a person who is struggling? Give that person some encouragement. Tell them they can achieve their dreams.
