I have a candle warmer, $5 from Walmart. I use the old candles without wicks by cutting them into pieces and placing them in a container, if they are not in one already, and warming them.
Its the snake time of year here in Florida. Today I saw two snakes in my backyard. I have found that the best and cheapest snake repellent are moth balls. Yep, snakes hate moth balls. I just place them around wherever the problem, and the snakes leave. By the way, you can buy moth balls at the Dollar Tree. One thing to remember, you must put out more moth balls after a rain, they melt!
I saw on TV a family that organizes their coupons in a notebook binder with plastic sleeves that have individual slots for different kinds of coupons. This way the coupons are visible and you can organize and find them easily.
Watch those grocery sales and use your coupon along with the sale. What a great way to save money! Publix has BOGO, and sometimes I am amazed at the low price I get cereal and other items at during the sale. Be careful not to buy things you don't need, however.
Today, every chance you get, smile or laugh at something. It can be a mistake that strikes you as funny, a statement made by you or someone else. Maybe it will be on TV, just anywhere, look for a reason to laugh! This makes your face look better, improves health and you age slower !
We bought a 50 gallon plastic drum for $10 and cut a large hole in the top. I covered the top with screen and placed the drum under a downspout near the edge of our house. This way I catch rainwater and water my plants. Plants grow more and you keep your water usage down!
