If you don't leave the house everyday, get up and get dressed including putting your shoes on. You will probably find that you are more active and get more done. It also makes it more difficult to nap. You might even feel like getting some extra exercise in!
CR has opened my eyes, mind and heart. Having a family of people in similar situations to my own not only makes us all able to relate to one another but accountable for one another as well. And receiving milestone chips is tangible reinforcement that with each new moment, I am making healthy choices for my body and soul!
We all go through times when we don't do as we should. Moments were we binge when we shouldn't, or forget to work out when we should... or just start procrastinating. It's all right to have these setbacks, as long as we get back into it. Whatever it takes to find that motivation again - do it! And if you can't seem to get motivated.. then just start doing it again anyway! The momentum will eventually take over. :)
I rarely use a regular size dinner plate any more. My portion sizes have shrunk, and, so I don't feel deprived, so has my plate size. Now I usually eat off the "bread plate" (the size between a saucer and a dinner plate). That way, my smaller portion doesn't look so small dwarfed on a big plate. My salad bowl, though, has grown. It is now the medium-size Pyrex mixing bowl!
