start out walking or working out just a few minutes a day and gradually increase your time up.
i tell myself i only have to exercise for 30 minutes every day and i get to enjoy this new body all day long after!!
i'm a pretty busy person, but i like to get up an hour early so that every am i can keep what i like to call my hour of power. this is where i get on spark & track my food/exercise plan for that day & review for about 30 minutes. the other 30 minutes i spend strength training or stretching.
after i get up in the am i do my stretches and strength train every other day. on my lunch break at work i always save the last 20 minutes or so to talk a walk. i like to go for another walk somettmes after work with my dog, and sometimes do more stretches in the evening.
i find that the easiest way to keep me on track is planning all the food i am going to eat for the day on Spark-BEFORE i start eating. i then go back the next morning to fix anything that was different.
