after reading everyones' great suggestions, i realized that the best way to deal with my plateau was yes change some part of my daily exercise routine and eat smaller meals,but i also came to the conclusion i was not GAINING. yea! i was more relaxed and enjoyed my workouts and time with my family.
I like to get on the swings and ride to the sky...my inner child loves this and I love all the workout I get while having fun! Do something you enjoyed as a kid to get in your exercise for the day!

I plan my breakfast, lunch, and snacks for the week so not to stray from the plan. I only shop for those items so not to have tempting snacks in house.
When you want a nice dessert after the evening meal...add it to your nutrition tracker EARLY in the day and plan the rest of your meals around those calories! Like having your cake and eating it too
I've discovered the secret to getting my exercise done -- just get up and do it -- before I have time to talk myself out of it or make a zillion excuses. Works like a charm! Not always happy at first, but I feel better later.
