This is very important because it easy to slide back into old habits, but if you can pick up your journal & REMIND YOURSELF of the TREMENDOUS PLEASURES you get FROM FEELING, YOUNG, HEALTHY, & ENERGETIC, you won't want to go backwards, trust me!
It can be helpful to write down, in advance, the pros & cons of giving in to a binge & ponder it daily, especially when stressed, or when feeling cravings.
In Dr. Oz's book, You on a Diet, he shares that if anywhere listed in the first 5 ingredients is listed, high sugar fructose, (think I stated that ingredient correctly) then the product will stimulate one to eat more. Thus, I am more diligent to watch for this, than I once was.
