i post why sparks is a healthie choose for me. like tracking what i put in my mouth. and i need to drink 8 glasses aday.and i get my exercise in. even if i have to dance around in my house. just as long i move my butt.
now that my daughter is exspecting. she;s making the choices that are healthie...
i keep fruit on hand for snacks
WHEN ITS COLD OUT . I PUT ON THE OLDIES AND DANCE . SO I CAN BURN MY CALORIES. PLUS I ENJOY IT
when your going out to dinner. i found that if i ask for a 2 go box. before i eat. i put 1/2 to a 1/3 in the box before i eat. that way i don;t over eat. but yet i;m having dinner with my family and friends
when you go out to eat ask for a to go box.and put half the food in the box before you eat
