I love playing table tennis (ping pong) so I joined a table tennis club and I play 2 times per week.
I will walk or take my bike to do any of my chores that is not farter then 10 km or if I don't have to carry too many things.
It is a nice easy workout and it is as hard as you want to make it. It is played with others (friends and foes, but mostly friends)
This last spring I have parked my gas lawnmower and bought a manual posh mower to cut my grass. It takes me a same amount of time to cut my lawn as before but I get a harder workout than before. I burn about 300 more calories than before.
I have started my evening walks by going around and checking out all the Christmas lights in my subdivision. I do this regularly in the evening and I find it very pleasant. While I walk I try to connect with all the pleasant feelings of Christmas.
