My Secret

After my heart operation I promised my self that I will always take the stairs instead the elevators. So far so good . . . I been up 14 floors but in the future I will not be so crazy.

I use my bike to do all my arrence.

When ever I need to do something that I don't have to carry large items I use my bike instead the car. I ride my bike to appointments, shopping, banking and so on....

I use all aportunities to walk of ride my bike to do erence or chores!

I will walk or take my bike to do any of my chores that is not farter then 10 km or if I don't have to carry too many things.
This makes me feel alive.

My favorit exercise is playing table tennis (ping pong) fun, fun, fun. . .

It is a nice easy workout and it is as hard as you want to make it. It is played with others (friends and foes, but mostly friends)

Not a secret any more.

This last spring I have parked my gas lawnmower and bought a manual posh mower to cut my grass. It takes me a same amount of time to cut my lawn as before but I get a harder workout than before. I burn about 300 more calories than before.

What to do with double portions?

If I have cooked two portions and I need only one I always eat the smaller looking portion first or give the larger portions away.
