If I haven't been showing a weight loss for at least two to three weeks then I start making boiled cabbage, and eat a small bowl before lunch and dinner. I add a tablespoon or organic apple cider finger to the chopped cabbage. It seems to work every time! It could also be from changing my traditional green salad to something different that gets the weight moving again. So far it's been working!

Start a daily "to do" list and make sure you are in the top three spots. The sooner you start out this way, the easier it will become to start putting yourself first, without feeling guilty. Make exercise a top priority, as well as preparing your healthy snacks or meals for the day. Women especially tend to place everybody and everything else before themselves leaving no time in the day left for exercise or relaxation. Start making yourself, mind, body, and spirit a top priority!

Walkathome dvd's with Leslie Sansone are great for beginners to advanced walkers. You set your own pace and miles. She is so motivating and energetic that the miles go by so fast! You can also go on her site and walk to her online videos. No purchase needed.

I no longer can use the excuse of bad weather for not going on my 30 minute daily walk. Leslie's walk dvd's are perfect for beginners to advanced walkers. You can choose how many miles to walk whether you want a quick 1 mile 15 minute workout or the full 5 miles, which is great for a Saturday or Sunday morning routine!

I try to buy mostly organic one ingredient foods, or close to as possible. I've also cut out white potatoes, white rice, breads, pasta, flour, and sugar. It took almost 2 weeks before my sugar/carb cravings completely went away. I do have an apple every day either with nuts or almond butter for a snack.
