After kitchen clean up and following the next meal plan -I assemble required foods on each of our trays. There is no hassle in preparing. the next meal. I do this before I start my fitness workout. That way I have no excuse that I am too tired to look for ingredients.
They are great. I am using them every day now. I don't have to wrack my brain for what to have for dinner that is healthy and gets all of my required nutrients in for the day. I really like that they give me many options to choose from if I don't have a certain ingredient on hand I can substitute easily.
after posting ymy Breakfast, Lunch , Dinner and Snacks for the day and then try to make the rest up in evening snacks.
I am packing apple slices, tea bags (think I can get hot water at drive throughs?), Mixed nuts. and lots of water bottles in coller. What else should I pack?
