I roll my fitted sheets rather than try to fold them neatly into a rectangle. That way when I need a flat sheet, I can see which ones are fitted easily and not unfold something I don't want to use.
I bought an Altus balance disc and a co-worker mentioned her hyperactive son takes one to school to sit on. It keeps him in constant motion but confined to a seat.
I like nuts as one of my daily snacks. I do not have the ability to stop once I start unless I pre-measure a quarter cup. So now I keep a small measuring cup with my nuts at work. Maybe I should post this in saving money too because the pound of nuts lasts much longer.

If I'm going to have a bad treat (think Hersey bar or ice cream from a stand), I find it easier to toss half of it BEFORE I start eating it rather than just eating half. I can't eat just half if it's in front of me. So for those few seconds when I still have a bit of self-respect and self-control, I toss away half.
