If you can't eat before you shop

Everyone knows it's better to eat before you shop -- that isn't always possible, is it?
My secret is to buy 1 small junk item to eat. Eat half of it; wait 5 minutes for guilt and realization to set it. Toss the other half if possible.
Works for me about 70% of the time.

Easily clean a crockpot with old credit card
