Have your MRI, CAT scan and Ultrasound

Uterine Fibroids understanding the disease and its wide array of treatment options. UF are frequently found as incidental findings during a routine pelvic exam by your gynecologist. To confirm this, an ultrasound is often suggested. Your doctor may also want you to have a MRI or CAT scan. The best test is a hysteroscopy. Ladies talk with your doctors.

Summer Salad Pasta

To help get your vegetables in make some summer salad pasta with cooked whole wheat rotini pasta,cooked lima beans, red onions, tomatoes, carrots, sweet corn kernels, ce4lery, basil and your favorite salad dressing. I like lite Italian or Balsamic. You will enjoy this colorful healthy salad.

Too much sodium in your bloodstream can bloat your body like water a water balloon, causing you to feel sluggish, puffy and uncomfortable. Drink lots of water to help wash away the sodium you you took in.

Stay away from the added Sodium

Prepare your foods at home without adding the extra sodium. When using can foods, make sure to strain the water out and wash the food item before adding it to your meal

Getting your vegetables in

Blend the green vegetables and get a nice drink, use vegetables like, ginger root, celery, cucumber, parsley, apple, spinach, lime and lemon, you don't need any sugar or sugar substitute. This is tasty and delicious. emoticon emoticon

Remember to eat your vegetables and fruits of red, white and blue. I know it is the 4th July, but drink lots of water instead of soda and alcohol. You will be happy later that you did. Have lots of fun in the sun playing games with your family and friends.

Calories and Proteins
