I keep telling my self there is no such word as CAN'T. There is I can or I chose not to--but never CAN'T. Can't does nothing.

WHEN YOU FEEL FRUSTRATED OR LIKE GIVING UP

It took me 3 /4 years to finally loose weight. I found two people who lost a lot of weight and started reading their blog as well as made them a Spark friend. It helped me change my thinking and my attitude!

OH YES I CAN

I you struggle with taking weight off; get a picture of how you would like to look. Then put that picture somewhere so you can be seen. Each week give yourself a goal of 1-2 lbs. and look at that picture. Then tell yourself that you will look like this. You will get to your goal one day at a time; one pound at a time!!

It really does work!

LOVE THE WAY YOU LOOK

Instead of picking yourself apart, love the way you look. Write down something you like about the way you look everyday. And develop a style that is YOU. Ex. wearing hats, or blazer jackets, or scrafs. Love the way you look through focusing your thoughts on positive things about how you look. Plus, create your own style that makes you feel special and good about YOU. Loving the way you look everyday will help you enrich your life and be healthier.
