Wage war on flabby skin! Drink plenty of water, get plenty of rest, aim for 1 or 2 pounds of weight loss per week at the most, don't smoke (it wreaks havoc on skin cells), and eat healthy. ALL These things combined make for a healthier you, anyway, but its also good for your skin!

The 5 Minute Morning Rev

In The Sparks Book appendices there is a section showing exercises you can do without equipment. In the morning I do one set of those every day to get me going. Only takes 5 minutes and you don't have to have "rest" days because you are not doing multiple sets or pushing yourself.

A nutritionist told me that when our heads crave simple carbohydrates (sweets), it is actually the BODY craving complex carbs. We just misinterpret the signal. Eat a fruit or vegetable and the craving will likely go away. You'll feel better and avoid the muffin top at the waist of your jeans!
