Each time I take a trip to the restroom at work, I stop off in the kitchen on my way back to my desk to drink one cup of water. By making it part of the "routine" I know I am staying hydtrated
I bought seltzer water and I love sauvignon blanc. I've begun filling my glass half way with zelzer water, adding ice cubes then the wine - totally has cut down on my wine intake and I still feel like I'm indulging
I bought a hot air popcorn maker and pop white kernel popcorn. It has a nutty flavor and I don't need flavorings during the day when I just want something to crunch on (and I'm tired of celery)
Pop in the am and bring to work - still tastes freshly popped!
