When you stray from your goals the easiest way to get back on track is by planning.
Plan to Succeed!
Plan your food for the day
Plan time to exercise.. Even if you only have 10 minutes
Plan to surround yourself with supportive people
Giving yourself positive feedback should be part of your plan

mix up my work outs

I find I enjoy my work outs more when I mix them up each day. I may do aerobics on Monday and then on Tuesday ride my bike. My favorite workouts are those I do to music and with a friend.
