Switched shoes

When I'm finished at work I change my working shoes and wear my sneakers. If I have to run any errands before I get home I can always rev up my walking speed for a quick work out.

Right vs Left

Always stand on your two feet rather than putting stress on one leg. Distribute same reps with weight on both sides of the body for even muscle mass.Practice moves in aerobics class caz the same move can b easy on right side but hard to catch up to on the left.
