Instead of using gum and breath mints...that have additives and various forms of sugar try whole cloves or a tiny piece of cinnamon bark for fresh breath. (no need to chew or swallow).
Loving my pedometer as I follow my progress virtually on some of the world's most amazing trails. Every night I log my steps and view pictures of sights along the trail. I can walk around a snowy lake or feel the warmth of the tropical sun.

Tip: Ever get caught in rain/snow/sleet? Take a few small plastic sandwich bags when you go on your walk, hike, sporting event...great prevention for anyone of any age who might be at risk for a wet phone/pedometer from wet pockets!! Easier than rice!

A metal cupcake pan bottom of stainless kitchen sink...put a few tea lights in pan. Space candles as needed.
I emptied a kitchen cabinet today...long overdue! Found an old set of dishes from the 1960's. The size of those dishes compared to today's everyday dishes...unbelievable! No wonder my portions seem so small when I measure....years ago, we didn't need to measure because the cups and plates and bowls were normal sized. Tomorrow I am removing my oversized plates, bowls & mugs and see if I can go back to eating normal portions naturally. Would love to know if anyone else has done this?
No more January focus on "I can't....." (fill in the deprivation).
