Don't Count Vegetable Calories

I don't count calories that I consume from vegetables. I don't want to find myself giving up veggies in order to eat something worse for me so i just don't count those. I don't suppose I got overweight from eating too much broccoli!

I do count any salad dressing or dips though.

Low Cal Sweet Treat

I like to put a dollup of low fat coolwhip between two graham crackers and freeze it. It is a really good alternative to an ice cream sandwich.

Leave it at work

Things like frozen vegetables and low cal salad dressing are examples of things it's just easier to leave at work. I stopped doing it for awhile because other people would use it, but I've found I'd rather "share" then have to think about packing it every day.

2 Weeks ~ 2 Pounds

I starting weighing myself every two weeks instead of every week with a goal of losing two pounds. In just one week the scale messed with my mind too much. Two weeks is real weight loss. Plus I only splurge every other weekend this way.

Stand While On The Phone

I started standing up in my office everytime I get on the phone. With a cordless headset I can move around too. I'm amazed how much less sitting I do now.
