I don't count calories that I consume from vegetables. I don't want to find myself giving up veggies in order to eat something worse for me so i just don't count those. I don't suppose I got overweight from eating too much broccoli!
Things like frozen vegetables and low cal salad dressing are examples of things it's just easier to leave at work. I stopped doing it for awhile because other people would use it, but I've found I'd rather "share" then have to think about packing it every day.
I starting weighing myself every two weeks instead of every week with a goal of losing two pounds. In just one week the scale messed with my mind too much. Two weeks is real weight loss. Plus I only splurge every other weekend this way.
