I love these easy roasted chickens. For $5-8 dollars I can make several different meals. (1) Eating the leg&thigh portion right away w/some sides. (2) Making bowls of chicken noodle soup (usually freezing half for later in the month) with the carcass and some of the breast meat. (3) The remaining
Sometimes when I run I feel so drained. When I get this way I tell myself "just make it to the end of the block" or the end of this song, or the next street sign, or anything that represents a small mark. 9 times out of 10 I make it to my marker and the next one, and the one after that. Pretty
This is the BEST wrap out there. 80cal, huge tortilla, 13g of fiber, 20g carb. Soft and DELICIOUS. Great for wraps, quesadillas, burritos, etc. It's the lowest cal wrap out there and is full of fiber. I love this wrap! It's from "La Tortilla Factory"
So I love ham and mayo sandwiches so i figured out a way to cut down on the mayo but still have it. Instead of putting it on the bread which soaks it in and makes me want to put more on it, I spead it on the ham. I can see the mayo all over and I use only 1/2 tablespoon!
I like to cram in 2-3 servings of veggies with my noodles. I'll cut up carrots, mushrooms, onions, spinach, etc and toss them w/diff types of noodles, gr. chicken and sauce. Look for recipes like Korean Jap Chae, or Lo Mein. Tons of veggies which makes the portion look HUGE, and really filling.
After I buy a melon from the store I immediatly cut it up and weigh it out into ziplock bags. The look so enticing everytime I open the fridge and it makes it easy for me to grab and go. Plus I know how much to account for.
