We all get stressed and need to breath. Best way to do that is think of your Happy Place....Literally. We all have one place we love and are always happy at. Get a picture of that place and put it where you will need it the most, like desktop of your work computer. Then when you need that moment to breath, look at your happy place, take a deep breath, and you will feel much better.
Let's face it. We all have busy lives. I know I'm putting in 10 hours a day at least usually. That doesn't leave a lot of time for cooking, exercising, and enjoying time with family. And cooking healthy sometimes takes longer and is less appealing than grabbing that fast food or quickly making something not good for you. So I plan my meals ahead for the week and make as many of them as I can on Sunday. I then freeze them and heat them up again on the day.
Don't let one moment of downtime find you. Move as often as you can and make it count. Moments when you'd typicaly be standing still can be a mini exercise. If you are alone in the bathroom, do a little dance as you are washing your hands, brushing your teeth or combing you hair. Same while doing the dishes or talking on the phone. Every little bit helps.
