I make my special workouts a game with the kids. This way I have to do it and the kids get their workout as well. If I have to do my stand in place marching I get them to go against me. They have no clue I have to count my steps but, the goal is to go longer than me. And at 1 min I stop and they keep going. NOW they have won.
Not telling your brain this food is out the door or ya can't have it.
I eat more than I ever have in my life...which keeps my body going. I don't let my blood sugar drop and I don't thirst /hunger for soda or sugar items.
