Itty Bitty but Many Meals

Baby plate=just enough to fill ya up.
No less than 6 meals a day=an energized and healthy body.
Have many tiny snacks on hand=saving money
Plates w/sections on them=clean food.
Colorful food=happiness when you eat it
Fresh Food=Full of healthiness
Nuts=fullness

Lean
meat n Cheese=No Mayo
baggies/resealable containers=easier to hold and saves money

These are just a few tips on how I past my plateau with eatin' so the weight is leaving now.

Lets play

I make my special workouts a game with the kids. This way I have to do it and the kids get their workout as well. If I have to do my stand in place marching I get them to go against me. They have no clue I have to count my steps but, the goal is to go longer than me. And at 1 min I stop and they keep going. NOW they have won.

Thinkin positive!!
Allowin yourself to not think of what you can not eat allow yourself to think of what ya can eat and enjoy to eat.

I don't ever think of the downside of food.
I don't ever think of the emptiness I have in my belly.

I think of what I can enjoy the flavor of to eat...what I can make myself feel full with but not consumin' way to much of to do this.

Think of not eat'n a lone even if you are sittin alone do it in public.

I don't tell myself I can't have this piece of food.

Not telling your brain this food is out the door or ya can't have it.
Not telling your brain it is the death of your diet if ya eat it.
Not telling your brain one second on the lips and forever on the hips.

My tidbit of info for me.

I eat more than I ever have in my life...which keeps my body going. I don't let my blood sugar drop and I don't thirst /hunger for soda or sugar items.
Ya start this within one hour of waking up to help get your body going.
