Tempted? Wait 5 minutes!

Today I avoided a bad food choice by just putting it off for 5 minutes. I enjoyed the white truffle ghost so much that just a little ice cream today did not seem right.
When I splurge, I will really enjoy it. A little ice cream would have left me wanting more. Instead, I came home and made a vegetable soup. When it’s splurge time, I will have something really tasty!
Today’s enjoyment comes from enjoying the fall foliage.

Making salads

When you are making a bowl of salad, make 2! Make enough for several days of salads. You will eat more salad when salad is ready, or even partially ready for you to eat.

Get up early!

My key to success is to get up at 5 and have time to first pray. exercise and Spark. It sets my mood for the rest of the day.

Salads

I never make just one salad. I always make 2-3 salads and have one ready for tomorrow's lunch. When I need something to eat, I grab the salad first.
