I am hooked on listening to mystery audiobooks while I walk. It makes me want to walk longer because I want to know what is happening next. I only wish I had started using them a long time ago.
I allow myself one hour each day, usually in the early morning, to have quiet time by myself. I use this time to do my SP coaching,and I think about my day ahead. After my quiet time, I feel ready to take on the challenges of the day.
