I find it helps me fend off temptation if I brush my teeth as soon as I have finished my planned meal. I hate the mixture of taking another bite of food after I have brushed my teeth, so it usually keeps me away from the sweets.
don't put of for monday what you can do today. If you say you are going to start your diet Monday, next week, next month, then you aren't doing yourself a favor. You are just buying time to back tracking. A week from now you could be 2 pounds lighter and on your way down! Start today!
Getting back on track is one meal away
Pretty much everyone slips up now and again. A good friend gave me the most valuable piece of advice about a year ago: getting back on track is just one meal away. Now, when I get off track, I go to that phrase (rather to the freezer for ice cream) and get right back at it.
