Take your Fridge to the Farmers Market

This works if you live in a dry climate and get some plain cloth bags. I made my cloth bags out of sturdy kitchen towels. Before going to the market, soak the bags in clean water. When foods go into the bag, they will keep cool and fresh until you get home. It's the miracle of evaporative cooling! Be sure to rinse and dry the bags after use.

Use Whey Protein instead of Coffee Creamer

I enjoy a cup of coffee, but instead of adding creamer, milk or cream, I add a teaspoon of vanilla flavored whey protein mix. It makes my coffee white without all the carbs and fat of other whiteners.
