-Try Nordic Walking (walking with poles)
It is important to not feel deprived when dieting - binging is frequently the backlash. To counter this tendency I plan for a treat at the end of every day. I save a reasonable block of calories/fat and have a light ice cream or a cookie. Knowing that I will get this treat helps me to say no to all the little temptations throughout the day - I will get my treat... just not right now.
Start by modifying one thing at a time. First, do something like drinking the amount of water you're supposed to have. Then, slowly add something else like working out or start changing the way you eat...etc
I read those three words in The Spark and they have stuck with me in every part of my weight loss journey (Health, fitness, diet, exerice, motivation). You can apply it to anything! This is the key to success. You don't have to be perfect all of the time. Just remember These three words.
