Have trouble sleeping monitor when you are having drinks with caffeine. I recently read that it takes 11 hours to get caffeine out of your system. A big wake up call for me, I generally have trouble sleeping since I work 3rd shift at a hotel. I quit drinking a bottle of Diet Mountain Dew at work because I was always finishing close to quitting time. I now sleep much better because I'm not trying to go to sleep with caffeine still in my system.
I know that eating the fruit is better for you but in the summer when it is so hot I like to take fruit juice and freeze it for a healthy snack. Depending on the fruit juice I also add a little water and if I have the fruit as well I'll add a little fruit. This works better for me because if I buy a box of the low calorie fudge bars I have trouble sticking to one.
I've found that I can make many of my favorite dishes with little or no salt by going heavier on the other spices I use in the dish. An example I recently made bean soup and the only salt was in the can of tomatoes I used which was spread over 15 cups of soup. But I went heavy on the garlic, bay leaf and clove. Didn't even notice the lack of added salt or meat.
To store small loose office supplies go to your local large hardware store and buy on of those little set of drawers (sold to store loose screws etc.) that can me mounted on the wall to store your opened loose supplies. Be sure to label the drawers.
