Use Less Mayo

They have the flavored mayo now. I've tried the chipolte and I find for a sandwich I only need to use about a teaspoon which only has 15 calories. This is a big help to me since I don't like mustard on everything.

A Dollar Per Pound

For every pound I loose I've started putting a dollar in a jar. That way when I get to my goal weight I'll have some money already set aside to buy new clothes. Also it is a great motivator to see the jar filling up.

Loose Office Supplies

To store small loose office supplies go to your local large hardware store and buy on of those little set of drawers (sold to store loose screws etc.) that can me mounted on the wall to store your opened loose supplies. Be sure to label the drawers.
